Cedar Park and Leander are located on the northwest side of Austin in Williamson County. In the not to distant past these towns were referred to as bedroom communities to Austin, TX. In the last few years these two communities have taken on a whole different persona. When you are in northwest Austin you can wander into Cedar Park and not even realize it since they have basically merged with Austin.
Leander’s population is around 30,000 people while Cedar Park has around 65,000 people (as of 2010)

Shopping & Dining in Cedar Park & Leander
Lakeline Mall is just at the southern border of Cedar Park. Lakeline Mall has just about all the retail a person can imagine from two anchor stores in Dillards and Macy’s to a movie theater and all the other typical shops and restaurants in between. Restaurants range from Olive Garden, Fuddruckers, Chili’s, Serrano’s, Denny’s & I-Hop to all the other fast foods you typically find around town.
A Beautiful Cedar Park Neighborhood
One of the first master planned communities you come across is Twin Creeks, with 760 acres with luxury homes, many community amenities, the Fred Couples Signature Golf Course, and a first class country club with dining facilities.
A Beautiful Leander Neighborhood
As you roll out to Leander you will eventually arrive at the community known as Crystal Falls. From affordable to acreage estates Crystal Falls has it all…rollling hills, canyons, streams and the infamous wild turkey’s. The Golf Club at Crystal Falls has panoramic views and all the amenities you see in most golfing communities.
