Valley Creek Park is also located in this area.  Picnic tables and play ground equipment are shaded by a canopy of majestic trees that cover the park.  Pergola’s and swings give the entrance to city hall a very unique park like setting and right beyond the parking lot is the Sunset Valley Community Organic Garden.  Residents may purchase a raised garden bed for the season for $10.00 (free to children) and enjoy deer proof organic gardening for the summer months.

Besides the site for the town hall meeting each month Sunset Valley offers a variety of programs to its residents from craft activities to nature hikes along the many city trails.
