Our Company Website

Our site is open to the public to search for homes in Austin and the surrounding areas using Austin MLS integration. I want to make sure that our clients have the best exposure out there when they list their home with us. In addition, your listing will be marketed with it’s own page that we can share to get more exposure to your listing.

Text Messaging For Real Estate

I make our listings available to potential buyers via text messaging. By texting a code displayed on my flyer box or sale sign, information on the property (including photos) and links to our company website are immediately texted back to the user. Besides an instant display of the home on your phone I am working at being on the green scene, less paper! I follow up on each inquiry by calling to get feedback which I can pass along to our sellers.

Featured Listings

When you list your house with me your home will not only be on our company website but all of the other Sky agents websites that feature an MLS feed. Our websites are optimized for specific areas which means you will receive maximum exposure in and around the Central Texas area.

Virtual Tours and Property Tours

Staying with the best technology has to offer, virtual tours are a vital part of my marketing strategy. If you can visit the home via your computer, you are apt to get a better feel of the home than just straight pictures. Seeing is believing. I use professional photographers, they know how to capture your home in the best light and at the perfect angle. Quality pictures of the inside of your home is what curb appeal is to the outside of your home. To prepare your home I offer staging tips on how best to present your home. When I put your home on the market I want it to shine. With some listings scheduling a Realtor Property Tour can also be useful. It gives us good feedback from agents that are familiar with other properties in the neighborhood.

Social Media

All my listings that are marketed on our company website also get posted to our company’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This exposes your listing to over 2,000 social media users most of which are real estate agents in the Austin area.

E-Flyers and Flyers

I offer E-Flyers that are sent out to agents in Austin and the surrounding areas. I know that around 80% of the time a buyer’s agent will bring the buyer so I want them to know your property is on the market. In addition, I use a flyer program that broadcasts your home out to Google, Redfin, Zillow, and many more Real Estate focused sites. I also offer professionally produced and designed color Flyers that I display inside and outside your home.

Just Listed Cards

Just Listed cards let the neighbors know that a home has recently come on the market in their neighborhood. This is important because people are always on the lookout for their friends and family to live closer to them.

Open Houses

If you want an Open House myself or an agent in my brokerage can hold them. I like to schedule an open house the first week your home is on the market. Let the neighbors come by and bring their friends and family, the more exposure the better the chances of selling your home.

Communication is Key

I know you are anxious to receive feedback whenever your home is shown. I will schedule time with you to share feedback by telephone or email whichever you prefer. If you would like to be updated more often I can certainly do that, just let me know what you would like. You never need to worry about getting a hold of me.
